After a couple days of rain and cool weather, Chrysa and I finally caught a break and found some time to run together. We decided to jump right in and do a running tour of the Purdue campus.
We were both really struck by how beautiful the campus is. The late spring and early summer seems to be a particularly nice time of year here in Indiana. It’s really a shame that the students don’t get to see the campus in June.
The original idea of this run was to get some miles in. Chrysa has been busy at the new job, and I was a bit of a running slacker with the move, and foot injury from Black Mountain. This run was a good chance to get back on track.
Well, we ended up taking more pics than running. Neither of us is really broken up about it. The idea of this traveling position is to see the country, and the things that various cities have to offer, and Lafayette/West Lafayette has a lot.

Thanks! Yes…that restaurant looks crazy. It was also mobbed. The students are gone and it was still, crowded. You know it has to be good!
